Any analysis, recommendation, assessment, report, guidance, documentation or other deliverable is prepared on the basis of the information reasonably available at the time, including information supplied by the client and any assumptions agreed during the engagement.
Sienda exercises professional judgement and reasonable care, but no recommendation or analysis can eliminate commercial, operational, regulatory or other uncertainty.
Sienda Ltd is not responsible for:
- business or management decisions taken by the client
- financial, commercial, operational or strategic outcomes resulting from those decisions
- losses arising from incomplete, inaccurate, outdated or misleading information supplied by the client or third parties
- changes in markets, regulations, standards, certification requirements, technology or other external circumstances after the work has been completed
- failures, errors, omissions or changes relating to third-party services, platforms, information sources or providers
- implementation carried out by the client or by third parties
- indirect, consequential or incidental losses, subject to applicable law
Where Sienda assists with standards, certification readiness, privacy, data protection, regulatory requirements or similar matters, such work is intended to support the client’s business processes, documentation, controls and decision-making.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, Sienda does not act as a regulator, certification body, conformity-assessment body, law firm, accountancy practice or other regulated professional adviser, and does not guarantee certification, audit, compliance or regulatory outcomes.
Sienda’s services do not constitute, unless expressly agreed and appropriately qualified:
- legal advice
- tax advice
- accounting advice
- financial or investment advice
- medical advice
- formal regulatory or certification approval
Clients remain responsible for obtaining appropriate specialist advice where required and for making their own final decisions.
Sienda may use professional research, analytical, data-processing, automation or artificial-intelligence tools internally where appropriate. Such tools form part of Sienda’s working methods and do not remove the need for professional judgement or client review.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sienda Ltd’s total liability arising from any specific paid engagement will not exceed the amount paid to Sienda for that engagement, unless different terms have been expressly agreed in writing.
Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation would be unlawful.
