Sienda Ltd’s AI Agent Services (including Discovery Sprint, Implementation Sprint, and Managed Ops) are professional design, engineering, and advisory services. Any recommendations, specifications, workflows, rules, prompts, configurations, and operational guidance are provided based on the information and access supplied by the client and the assumptions agreed during delivery.
Sienda Ltd is not responsible for:
- business decisions taken by the client using or relying on the Services or Deliverables
- financial outcomes, performance results, or commercial impact
- operational errors arising from the client’s internal implementation (including where the client builds the agent internally after the Discovery Sprint)
- failures or changes in third-party platforms, model providers, hosting services, or external tools
- incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information supplied by the client
- indirect, consequential, or incidental losses
The Services do not constitute:
- financial advice
- legal advice
- tax advice
- investment advice
- regulatory or compliance advice
All strategic, operational, and compliance decisions remain the sole responsibility of the client. The client is responsible for ensuring appropriate human oversight, controls, and reviews of any AI-assisted outputs before acting on them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sienda Ltd’s total liability for any service provided is strictly limited to the amount paid for that specific service.
