From the early days of Client-Server Environments architecture and the birth of the modern internet to the cloud revolution, I have spent over 35 years at the intersection of IT Processes and Business Engineering. I have seen technologies come and go, but one truth remains constant: Technology is only as valuable as the process it supports.
