A simple path to reliable agents: design → deploy → operate.

Everything is scoped, tested, logged, and governable.

The Method: 90 Days to Operational Control

We don’t do “vague.” We do engineering. Our 90-day roadmap takes your business from manual friction to agentic autonomy through a disciplined, three-stage process.

1. Discovery Sprint

Timeline: 7–10 Working Days (about 2 weeks)

The Goal: Definition and Risk Elimination.

Before we write a single line of code, we build the blueprint. You receive a production-ready Agent Specification that answers three critical questions:

  • What exactly are we building?
  • What must the agent never do? (The Bounded Agent Method)
  • How do we prove it works? (Success metrics and acceptance tests).

You receive: build plan (fixed scope recommendation), agent specification (bounded scope), guardrails + escalation rules, success metrics + acceptance tests

The Sienda Guarantee: After the Discovery Sprint, you own the specification. You can implement it with your internal team, or you can have us execute the build.

Investment: £4,000 – £8,000

2. Implementation Sprint

Timeline:2–6 Weeks (Build) + 1–2 Weeks (Testing & UAT)

The Goal: Build and Operationalise.

We transform the specification into a working digital operative. The timeline depends on your infrastructure complexity and the number of integrations required. Nonetheless, you can choose to build it with your own team or any other software partner — you’re under no obligation to hire us for the implementation.

  • The Build: Developing the reasoning loops and API connections.
  • Guardrails: Hard-coding the boundaries and safety protocols.
  • UAT: Rigorous User Acceptance Testing to ensure the agent meets the Month 1 spec.
  • Logging: Setting up full audit trails for every decision the agent makes.

You receive: production agent (bounded), logging + escalation, acceptance tests executed, handover + onboarding (capped)

Investment: £15,000 – £50,000+

3. Go-live & Stabilisation

Timeline: First 1–2 Weeks post-launch

The Goal: Real-world Calibration.

The first few weeks of live operation are the most important. We don’t just “hand over the keys” and disappear.

  • Monitoring: Observing real usage and tightening edge cases.
  • Knowledge Refresh: Fine-tuning the agent’s memory based on live feedback.
  • Operational Routine: Establishing the “Human-in-the-loop” escalation paths.

The Outcome: Managed Ops – Keep the agent accurate, safe, and improving as your business changes.

Timeline: Monthly Continuity

The Goal: Improvement and Safety.

Once stabilised, your agent enters Managed Ops. We keep your agentic workforce accurate, safe, and improving as your business evolves.

You receive: monitoring + incident handling, knowledge/rules refresh, tuning + controlled improvements (capped), monthly ops report

Monthly Retainer: £2,500 – £12,000+

However, you can continue with Managed Ops using your own team or any other provider — you’re under no obligation to engage us for it.

Who this is for

have recurring workflows with delays, leakage, or inconsistency

want an AI agent to reduce admin and improve throughput

care about control: approvals, escalation, audit trail, and measurable outcomes

can appoint one internal champion for approvals and decisions

Who this is not for

vague “AI transformation”

a generic chatbot to “handle everything”

uncontrolled autonomy in sensitive areas

What you get (deliverables)

You will receive a practical, production-oriented pack:

1) Agent opportunity ranking (ROI-focused)

  • 2–3 candidate agent use cases ranked by impact and feasibility
  • a recommended first agent (the one most likely to pay off quickly)

2) Agent job definition (bounded scope)

  • what the agent does
  • what it must never do
  • required inputs and minimum fields
  • controlled outputs and “done” conditions

3) Workflow map (current vs to-be)

  • where the agent sits in the process
  • handoffs, ownership, failure states
  • the “human-in-the-loop” points (if needed)

4) Guardrails and escalation design

  • permitted actions vs forbidden actions
  • approval gates (where required)
  • escalation triggers: uncertainty, missing data, risk flags

5) Data and access requirements

  • what systems and sources are involved
  • source-of-truth rules
  • operational constraints and risks

6) Success metrics and acceptance tests

  • 2–4 measurable success metrics
  • scenario-based acceptance tests the agent must pass before go-live
  • go-live criteria and rollback considerations

7) Build plan with scope control

  • recommended implementation approach (phases)
  • timeline options
  • clear scope boundaries (what’s included vs change requests)
  • cost range for the Implementation Sprint

What we need from you

To make this sprint effective, you provide:

  1. one internal champion for approvals and decisions
  2. access to relevant documentation (even if imperfect)
  3. sample requests/inputs (anonymised if needed)
  4. willingness to standardise the workflow where necessary

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you guarantee results?

We guarantee clear deliverables: a production-ready specification, guardrails, metrics, and acceptance tests. Business outcomes depend on your data quality, process ownership, and adoption.

What if we don’t have clean data?

That’s normal. The sprint identifies what’s missing and provides a practical data plan. If the workflow is too ambiguous, I’ll say so.

Is this a chatbot?

No. It’s an agent specification designed to work inside a defined workflow with controlled outputs and escalation rules.

Do we need to give you access to systems?

Not necessarily for the Discovery Sprint. Most work can be done from documentation, exports, and examples. System access becomes relevant for implementation.
